Jewelry and artwork may not be returned.

All alterations to jewelry need to be done between the customer and the artist.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. For your protection, please insure all returned goods, since we cannot give credit for lost shipments.
